Weight Watchers Question re Points
I started WW online yesterday and i was wondering what is a good way to distribute points throughout the day? I have 26 daily points so on average, how many should i be having each meal? Is it ok to save the majority of the points for the evening (dinner)? Also, what happens if i have points left over? Thanks!!!!

Weight Watchers Question re Points
You can distribute the points however you want. I'm more a day time/morning eater so I would use more of the points earlier in the day. The best thing you can do is plan ahead- figure out what you will have for breakfast/lunch/dinner and snacks. I found this always helped me. You really don't want to have any leftover points- if you do it could mean you are not getting in your good health guidelines.
