Weight Gain
I just weighed myself, Im retaining a lot of water-I can tell but I am up 43 pounds...this is crazy...how much do you think ill lose at birth, im due in like 1.5 weeks....this is so depressing...im scared I wont be able to lose the weight... I only gained 30 with my first!!!

Not to discourage you, but I just lost the last few pounds of my 61 pound weight gain from DD!!!!! I am short and looked so big! As everyone says, it took 10 months to put it on so be patient and it will take at least that long to get it off..or longer because you have a LO to take care of! I am so busy running after her as her 1st birthday is 1.5 weeks away and she is crawling and cruising all over the place...especially all the places she doesn't belong! lol
Moral: You'll lose it!

With DD I gained about 32 pounds. 20 pounds came off literally within the first 2 weeks. At 8 months PP I was still carrying those extra 12! Dont worry...it will come off!

wow, 61...how much did u lose right away...im hoping this is it, wanna have this kid soon...lol

 on the weight gain, no insight there, but im not far behind you. im up about 32lbs at 32.5 weeks. although i think the last 5-7lbs is all water weight since i have preeclampsia and have been retaining a ton of water. im hoping i lose that in the first five minutes after birth 
anyway im really responding to say that i cant believe you are a 1.5 weeks away!!!!   it feels like just yesterday we were exchanging donuts for ovidrel  good luck mama!!

'haha I know, lets plan definite lunch with he babies in June or July....We may have these babies together!!!!! We should go to lunch and vist dr b one day...LOL

With DS #1 I gained 50lbs, it took about 10 months but I lost it all without any effort...I never exercised or ate any differently. After birth I lost about 15lbs right away.
With DS #2 I gained about 43. Now 3 weeks PP I am down over 30lbs.
Dont worry about it! Just enjoy the last few days of your pregnancy...it will come off!

I gained 45 lbs with my first and was totally back to my PP weight within one year.

hey michelle, with derek i gained 29...6 pounds under pp weight by 4 months....with chase 25 gained and down i would say by 5 months...kyle i gained 33, and have only lost 17 so far....13 of it was i the first week
I find it harder to lose this time around...could be because im getting older
