Weekly Menus 4/18
We are going out tonight so I am starting with tomorrow
Sun - Itailan style flounder with spinach orzo and salad
Mon - London broil, sweet potato fries and mixed veggie
Tues - Chicken legs, broccoli and cauliflower casserole
Wed - meatballs in zesty sauce, butternut squash, leftover broccoli/cauliflower
Thurs - Stirfry with Chicken and veggies, potstickers
Fri - possibly go out or leftovers

SAT - Herb-roasted whole chicken, couscous, burnt broccoli
SUN - Chive risotto cakes, mixed green salad
MON - Grilled steak sandwiches, kettle chips
TUES - Chicken milanese, salad, parmesan-browned butter orzo
WED - Cheesy pasta & peas
THURS - Lemon-rosemary chicken thighs, white rice, mixed veggies
FRI - Chef's night off! aka... sushi night

Sat - corned beef, cabbage, red potatoes, and carrots
Sun - chicken drumsticks, rice and brussel sprouts
Mon - leftover corned beef from sat
Tues - chicken thighs, broccoli and rice
Wed - tilapia or flounder with rice and green beans
Thurs - london broil with rice and carrots
Fri - chinese

Tues-Chicken Tacos
Wed-own
Thurs-steak and mac and cheese
Fri-Pulled BBQ chicken and slaw sandwiches

Sunday: MIL's house
Monday: Chicken Francaise, Hayley's Burnt Broccoli, Rice Pilaf
Tuesday: Spaghetti, Chicken Sausage, Garlic Bread, Salad
Wednesday: Robbie's got a late game - we'll go to the pizza parlor afterward for slices and cokes.
Thursday: Asian style chicken drumsticks, veggie fried rice.
Friday: Seared Cod with tomatoes, Pan roasted potatoes, Green Bean Salad.
Saturday: With lacrosse AND baseball in full swing I don't have time for nice Saturday suppers anymore! We'll do barbecue: Marinated steak, Grilled Squash, Corn and Salad.

SUN: BBQ'd Veal Chops, Baked Potato, Sauteed Spinach, Lettuce only Salad
MON: Turkey Chili, Brown Rice, Mexican Corn
TUES: Parents House. Hazelnut crusted chilean seabass, mashed potatoes, sugar snap peas
WED: Chicken & Apple Sausage, Red Cabbage w/ Green Apples, Baby Carrots, Every Veggie Mixed Salad
THUR: Chicken Fajita Wraps, Mexican Rice
FRI: BBQ Scallops & Baby Calamari, Linguini w/ Garlic & Oil, Fennel & Naval Orange Salad

Tues- Balsamic Steak tips w/ horseradish mash & green beans
Wed- Stuffed shells w/ tossed salad
Thurs- Pulled Pork sammys w/ broc slaw
Fri- Shrimp pasta dish that DH makes up
Sat-Chef's night off- prob Sushi!

Saturday: baked chicken, roasted regular and sweet potatoes, baby carrots
Sunday:  baptism. we had )made by my SIL) baked ziti (marinara and meat), paella valenciana, salad with pears and candied walnuts, (made by me) roasted chicken parts with rosemary and garlic, sauteed asparagus and crimini mushrooms with garlic and parmigiano
Monday: leftover paella and ziit. asparagus
Tuesday: either the rest of the leftovers or Pork chops, mashed potatoes, spinach
Wed: cobb salad with grilled chicken
Thurs: luger burgers, sweet potato fries, fixins
Fri: not sure...it's out 4th anniversary. maybe we'll go out. maybe we won't.

Sunday: Rotisserie turkey breast (shortcut from the store…we just got home from a wedding weekend), sweet potatoes, and green beans
Monday: Turkey tacos w. homemade guacamole
Tuesday: Whole wheat pasta with sausage and asparagus in a alfredo sauce
Wednesday: DH grills (chicken for me, steak for him, details TBD)
Thursday: Shrimp scampi or some variation, again with asparagus
Friday: Something with chicken…
Saturday: rugby day. Who knows!

Sunday: Chicken tacos (food & wine mag recipe) Totally yummy!
Mon: Grill pan burgers, no buns with veggies, fixings, Pierogies
Tues: late night so probably fish sticks!
Wed: Girls night out..DH is going out with his friend too
Thurs: Salmon Cakes-Melissa D'Arabian's recipe with saffron risotto and asparagus
Fri: DH working so probably just me and sushi
Sat: DH working again so dinner with the folks probably out somewhere.
Not much cooking going on in my house this week.

SAT sliders w/ chipotle mayo, potato salad

Tuesday - Mexican rice casserole (made this already Sunday since I am working late)

Thursday - Burgers, sweet potato fries, cucumber & tomato salad
Friday - Chinese at my moms

tues - sweet potato falafel
(i was going to make these last week, but ended up having a dish last us for 3 days, so these got pushed back)
wed - tempeh sandwiches and potato soup
thurs - vegetable calzones
fri - red pepper pesto over tofu noodles with wasabi asparagus
sat - frozen dinner (dh's oot)
sun - scavange (or eat with my parents)
