Weekly Menus 4/11
Sunday - Roast Chicken, wild rice, and green beans
Monday - pulled pork sandwiches, baked beans, salad
Tuesday - Chicken enchaladas with roasted corn and salad
Wednesday - DH turn to cook - probably chicken and spaghetti
Thursday - Leftovers/Clean out fridge night
Friday - Asian style stirfry, probably shrimp and veggies
Saturday - out for dinner

Sunday: BBQ: burgers, dogs, homemade cole slaw, chips
Monday: Grilled Chicken Salad
Tuesday: Opening Day @ Yankee Stadium and then working in the evening so probably grilled cheese or cereal
Wednesday: Pork Chops, Applesauce, mashed red potatoes, steamed veggies
Thursday: Roasted Chicken, Sweet potato, steamed veggies and cranberry
Friday: Yankee game (probably my only Friday night game with this preggo belly )
Sat: BBQ (hopefully it's nice out)

Sunday: Roasted Pork Tenderloin, grilled new potatoes, Baby carrot and sugar snap peas with mint & basil.
Monday: BBQ - Burgers and dogs with potato salad and grilled marinated mushrooms, squash and onion kebabs.
Tuesday: Indian spiced chicken cutlets, curried coconut rice and peas.
Wednesday: Ravioli, garlic bread, Rocket salad.
Thursday: Turkey Stuffed peppers
Friday: Garlic Grilled Shrimp, Spring salad
Saturday: Baseball.. allllll flippin' day. I am NOT cooking.

SAT - buffalo chicken sandwiches, carrots & celery with blue cheese dip
SUN - whole wheat penne with homemade sauce, meatballs & sausage... garlic bread on mini ciabattas
MON - Colombian chicken legs, mexican rice & beans
TUES - eggplant rollups, salad
WED - herb-rubbed grilled chicken with creamy orzo
THURS - hot dogs, corn on the cob, oven fries
FRI - chef's night off!

Sunday - Mom's. Rigatoni, marinara sauce, meatballs, sausage, fresh italian bread
Monday - Buffalo chicken pizza, celery & carrots w/ blue cheese
Tuesday - Hot dogs on the grill (beef for DH Turkey for Me & DS)
Corn, baked beans, & cucumber salad
Wednesday - Out to dinner with friend (Greek Food)
Thursday - Pork chops w/ beer & bacon gravy, rice pilaf, applesauce & string beans
Friday - Burgers, sweet potato fries, salad

Sunday: rabbit moutarde with egg noodles
Monday: chicken Tikka Masala with rice. Chocolate pot de creme for dessert :)
Tuesday: greek Shrimp (from maybeamommy) with cous cous
Wednesday: oven fried chilli chicken with broccoli
Thursday: maybe dinner at a friends, if not butter poached cod with a veg.
Friday: butter poached cod if not made on Thursday. If it is made, then whatever I find at the market
Saturday: probably pasta and pesto

Tuesday: BBQ at friends house

Thursday: baked honey chicken
Friday: leftovers

Weds: Apple and onion stuffed pork chops, garlic brussel sprouts, wild rice pilaf.
Thurs: Italian sausage and peppers, linguine, salad.
Fri: Anniversary!
Sat: Margarita chicken breasts, habanero salsa, black bean salad.
Sun: 5 spice turkey breast, sesame noodle salad with veggies.

Sat: shrimp fra diavola over linguine, sauteed kale
Sun: nothing we never got around to eating dinner
Mon: broiled cod fish, sauteed spinach, couscous
Tues: pork chops, corn, rice, beans, salad
haven't gone food shopping yet so the rest of the week is up in the air.

You assume correctly. Aroooogula sounds like the sound the horn on a jalopy makes. I prefer to call it rocket.

Monday- Cheeseburgers with all the fixings, Brown rice, peas (random veggie with burgers I know but its what we had in the house )
Tues-Garlic Lemon shrimp on top of filet of lounder with sauteed spinach,feta, tomates (some carb for DH potato, rice..)
Wed- prob steak for DH,potato, string beans --something light for me soup &salad prob
Thurs- Mexican night! Guac, fajitas
Friday-DH wants to make crabs...prob with a salad, corn, and he is dieing for scalloped potatoes!
