Weekly Menus - Sept 24th
Sat - Grilled steaks with garlic-herb butter & cheesy orzo with spinach
Sun - Whole roasted chicken with white rice and sliced cucumber
Mon - Weeknight bolognese
Tues - Using the leftover chicken from Sunday in panini with tomato, avocado & cheese
Wed - Grilled cheese (with gruyere) and hearty veggie soup
Thurs - Rojerono's tuscan chicken with couscous
Fri - Mushroom and pea risotto

Saturday-Honey lime tilapia with italian risotto and zucchini
Sunday- Spaghetti with pepperoni sauce, garlic bread and roasted broccoli
Monday-Corned beef with potatoes and carrots
Tuesday-cheese stuffed Turkey burgers with fix ins
Wednesday-Chicken with sun dried tomato cream sauce over orzo
Thursday-Steak and fries with green beans
Friday-Pork Chops with rice with peppers

Sat: Dinner by myself- a Smart Ones (Pasta Primavera)
Sun: homemade pizza with meatballs and onion
Mon: Chicken, roasted peppers and mozarella paninis
Tues: hot dogs/hamburgers and corn on the cob
Wed: Mexican Pasta Skillet Dish
Thurs: Shrimp Stir fry
Fri: Chicken Rollatini Stuffed with Zuchini and Mozzarella

Saturday - grilled chicken (bone-in) with Coca-Cola glaze, grilled asparagus, whole wheat baguette
Sunday - for game-time - buffalo wings, mixed green salad
Monday - tilapia with browned butter and almonds, multigrain pilaf, steamed snap peas
Tuesday - fried turkey cutlets, buttered egg noodles with poppy seeds, broccoli
Wednesday - sliced flank steak, baked potatoes, corn
Thursday - sushi
Friday - I'm going to visit my parents, DH is on his own with the boys for the weekend (for the first time)

Sunday - whole wheat turkey lasagna with italian bread
Monday - Turkey burgers with roasted potatoes and broccoli
Tuesday - Trader Joes BBQ chicken with Trader Joes Fried rice and mixed veggies
Wednesday - Chicken stuffed with broccoli and cheese with grilled zucchi and white rice
Thursday - Moms house for Rosh hashanah
Friday -- leftovers probably or I will make a pizza
Saturday - out to dinner???

sat - mini party for Dh bday, i made baked clams, spinach balls, wonton taco cups and rigatoni ala vodka
sunday - parents for dinner
monday - cajun grilled tilapia, grilled aspargus, cous cous
tuesday - leftover rigatoni
wednesday - i think we are going out
thursday -pork and apples in slow cooker, mashed potatoes
friday - TBD

Tues.- Dolmades (grape leaves stuffed with meat and rice), in avgolemono (lemon) sauce

Thurs.- lemon chicken, brocolli and orzo
Fri.- Pizza night

I am away for work Mon-thur. so this is what I made today for DH to just heat up!
Mon - Italian Wedding Soup
Tues - Homemade Chicken Pot Pie
Wed - Italian Chicken & Pasta Bake
Thur - I get home, we'll order something!
Friday - not sure yet

Sat: out with family to kebab house...Yum!
Sun: Football food for the Bears game, wings, tots, pulled pork sliders, & rings
Mon: Bacon wrapped meatloaf, red mashed potato, stuffed artichoke
Tues: Chicken cachetore (sp?) over tricolor linguini & salad
Wed: Pork chops with baked Apple, leftover red mash, and roasted acorn squash.
Thurs: Roasted chicken with butternut squash risotto
Fri: Lahmajun (Armenian pizza) with yogurt & cucumber and salad.

Mon- Chicken and whole wheat penne w/ penna ala vodka sauce, garlic toast
Tue- Honey Terrayki marinated skirt steak on bbq, roasted sweet corn on cob, rice pilaf
Wed- Beef whole wheat tacos, yellow rice
Thur-chicken pot pie, biscuts
Fri-Pannini's w/ chicken rice soup
Sat-Hamburgers, hotdogs, mac & cheese, spring mix salad

Monday- Skinny Taste Ropa Vieja
Tuesday- Butternut squash soup or another soup. Depends if I can find butternut squash here
Wednesday- Healthy Shrimp Parm
Thursday- Turkey something in my new crock pot
Friday- Rabbit Moutarde with egg noodles
Saturday/ Sunday- three day weekend here, DH and I are going to do a biking weekend!

Sunday: herb crusted wild salmon with a dill - Dijon yogurt sauce, roasted acorn squash, sautéed rapini
Mon: turkey chili served with rice or polenta, arugula salad
Tues: ham steaks with apricot glaze, baked sweet potatoes, roasted broccoli
Wed: split pea soup with ham, crusty bread, arugula salad
Thurs: Cuban boliche (like a pot roast), black beans, rice, salad
