**Weekly Menu Thread, November 4 **
Very thankful to have power and be able to cook 
Saturday:
Whole wheat quesadillas stuffed with brown rice, re fried black beans, sliced avocados and cheddar cheese.
Sunday:
Baked stuff clams, roasted broccoli
Monday: DH: baked tilapia stuffed with a crab,spinach and feta mix, whole wheat cous cous, sauteed mushrooms and roasted brussel sprouts. Me: roast chickpeas in a spinach salad with sliced avocados.
Tuesday: black bean veggie burgers and sauteed zucchini
Wednesday: Baked peppers stuffed with,quinoa,tofu then topped with a little bit of cheese / bread crumbs. Sauteed string beans.
Thursday: Take out for DH, I usually just eat few different snacks.
Firiday: Out to eat..

Sunday: Spinach and Ricotta stuffed Tortellini with herb butter sauce
Monday: Roasted Chicken w/ roasted potatoes and brocoli
Tuesday: Salisbury Steak with orzo and tossed salad
Wednesday: homemade chicken quesadilla (w/left over chicken from Monday)
Thursday: dinner at my parents
Friday: pizza night
Saturday: take out (maybe Greek Town)
No more caffeine only water and Lemonade this week(ttc w/medical help)

Trying to clean out the fridge, freezer and pantry before we restock up.
Mon: arroz con pollo with guacamole
Tues: eggplant parm
Wed: cajun chili
Thurs: balsamic chicken with rice and string beans
Fri: ravioli and garlic bread
Sat: bacon, broccoli, onion and cheddar quiche
Sun: chicken tortilla soup

Friday: We had a wedding at Westbury Manor
Saturday: Ordered Chinese
Sunday: Went to the diner with my parents
Monday: Baked whole wheat chicken cutlets with corn on the cob
Tuesday: Whole wheat noodles with turkey sausage is garlic and oil
Wednesday: Chickpea burgers and tahini sauce with mixed vegetables
Thursday: Broiled sockeye salmon with broccoli rabe in garlic and oil

I'm really excited because we're doing like 80% organic now thanks to a little extra income I've had!!! It's amazing what a difference in taste I've noticed already!
SAT - homemade pizza (cheese for the boys, veggie for me) with mixed greens salad
SUN - bobby flay's meatloaf (but all beef since I couldn't find organic veal/pork), couscous, peas
MON - man pleasin' chicken, brown rice, roasted brussels
TUES - baked mac & cheese, sauteed zucchini
WED - chicken, bacon, wild rice soup with crusty buttered rolls
THURS - sausage-egg casserole with mini croissants
FRI - appetizer night!

I started eating meat again.. using up what was in the freezer during power outage did me in! Plus we have a lot of displaced friends/family coming in and out for meals.. most aren't pescetarian.. I'll get back on the wagon in a few weeks though.
Sunday: Pot Roast, Brown butter noodles, braised veg, gravy
Monday: Leftovers
Tuesday: Smothered pork chops with onion gravy, mashed potatoes, green beans
Wednesday: Hot dogs, sauerkraut, baked beans
Thursday: Pancakes, eggs, sausage, fruit salad
Friday: Steak, baked potatoes, roasted Brussels sprouts
Saturday: Chicken Marsala, Orzo, burnt broccoli
