Weekly Menu Thread- 8/7/11
Figured I'd start this one! I have my (hopefully healthy) week all planned out!
Sunday: Turkey burgers on whole wheat buns and corn on the cob
Monday: Seasame Chicken fingers and brown rice
Tues: WW Taco Casserole
Wed: Jambalaya
Thurs: out with a friend
Fri: homemade pizza with peppers and onions

Sunday: Coq au Vin, parsley potatoes, buttered peas and onion & thyme focaccia
Monday: Ravioli with red sauce, Salad, Italian bread\
Tuesday: Turkey Tacos
Wednesday: Fritatta, Citrus Salad
Thursday: Lemon Garlic Chicken, Asparagus, Mashed Potatoes
Friday: Persian Eggplant, House salad
Saturday: Pork Roast, Roasted potatoes, Green beans

We are trying to clean out the fridge this week
Saturday- Rice with black beans and salsa
Sunday- roasted eggplant with foccachia bread
Monday- Pasta with roasted vegetables
Tuesday- Vegetable Masala Burgers from TJ
Wednesday- Rice with vegetables and curry TJ
Thursday- Vegetable Dumplings from TJ
Friday- Vegetable and bean burritos

Saturday: We were at a BBQ and had heroes and salads.
Sunday: DH is grilling Porterhouse steaks and making baked potatoes
Monday: Getting something at/after volleyball
Tuesday: Baked rigatoni with ricotta and shredded mozzarella
Wednesday: Grilled chicken parm quesadillas
Thursday: Out to dinner at Park Place
Friday: I'll be in AC with my friends

Thursday: Grilled Chicken Breast Stuffed with Fresh Mozzarella, Sundried Tomatoes and Basil, Vegetable Medley Sauteed in Garlic and Oil, Cole Slaw
Friday: Orecchiette Pasta with Spinach/Feta Turkey Sausage in Marinara Sauce, Broccoli Sauteed in Garlic and Oil
Saturday: Out to Dinner at TGI Fridays (repairs done in kitchen and not allowed to cook!)
Sunday: Roasted Whole Chicken, Zucchini and Roasted Potatoes
Monday: Pasta leftovers
Tuesday: Leftovers from Saturday
Wednesday: Chicken Paninis with Fresh Mozzarella and Roasted Red Peppers, Cucumber and Tomato Salad, Baked Potato Wedges

Sunday - fried chicken, biscuits, salad
Monday - BLTs with sliced avocado on whole wheat toast, chips
Tuesday - ground beef soft tacos with guacamole, pepper jack & fixings
Wednesday - sun dried tomato chicken sausage w/cappellini, garlic, oil, pecorino romano & fresh basil
Thursday - I'm out, leftovers for DH
Friday - Asian sirloin skewers (marinated and grilled), brown rice, broccoli w/toasted sesame seeds and sesame oil
Saturday - sushi

Sun: baked tortellini with meat sauce (we ended up eating for lunch lol)
fruit salad for dinner
Mon: insalata caprese, salumi, olives and bread
Tues: stew beef braised in red wine over egg noodles
Wed: blackened halibut with sauteed swiss chard and purple potato "frites"
Thurs: chicken thighs, fresh corn (cut from the cobb), rice, salad
Fri: out

Sunday: DH ate pizza at his sister's, DD had grilled cheese, tomatoes and cherries, I had a nectarine, ham and cheese rolled up with mustard and some romaine lettuce with tomato and vidalia onion salad dressing
Monday: BBQ at DH's aunts
Tuesday- breaded chicken tenders, Roasted Broccoli and potatoes
Wed- spinach and cheese ravioli, italian bread and salad
Thurs- Roasted Chicken with green beans and rice
Fri- breakfast for dinner- pancakes, bacon and homefries
Saturday- Out to eat or take-out

Sun: bbq hangar steak, baked potato, and tomato & cucumber salad
Mon: roast beef, fresh mozzarella, & onion blossom horseradish dip paninis and corn chowder
Tues: my babys 1st birthday! I can't believe it!
Chicken cutlets, brown rice pilaf with peas & mushrooms, pumpkin applesauce. birthday cupcakes for dessert
Wed: coconut shrimp with leftover pilaf and salad
Thurs: celebrating my mom's birthday (wed) no idea what's on the menu
Fri: pizza for the boys.....we have a concert!

Wed- still searching for a grilled pork chop recipe
Thursday - packing
Friday through next week - VACATION!!
