* Weekly Menu Thread - 6/26
SAT - Pioneer Woman's "summer stir fry" over couscous
SUN - Parmesan panko drumsticks with corn on the cob
MON - BBQ chicken drumsticks, rice, salad
TUES - Pasta with sundried tomatoes, basil, & fresh mozzarella
WED - Spinach & feta stuffed chicken breasts, homemade pita chips, cucumber-feta-dill salad
THURS - tacos with homemade seasoning, rice & beans
we're having 2 days of drumsticks because I totally forgot that it would just be me & steve again! and we bought a big package and didn't separate it

Saturday was a Pig Roast. I ate like a pig
Sunday: BBQ Chicken, Corn on the Cob, House Salad
Monday: Turkey Stuffed Peppers, Cucumber Salad
Tuesday: Tequila Lime Chicken and all that jazz from PW
Wednesday: Pasta with Chick Peas
Thursday: Green Goddess Bleu Burgers, Tomato Mint Salad, Kettle Chips
Friday: Fluke with lemon garlic sauce, creamy risotto, Sauteed spinach

I only buy Greek yogurt.. so I'm gonna say YES. Pleaaaase tell me how it is! I think you should add your parm to the panko!

Short cooking week this week!
Sunday: Short ribs and pork tenderloin in the smoker, arugula salad, baguette
Monday: Ropa vieja, rice, salad
Tuesday: Chicken, red peppers, cashews and snow peas - stir fried (maybe in some sort of peanut sauce) tossed with glass noodles.
Wednesday: roasted bone-in chicken breasts and carrots over orzo, arugula

Sat: BBQ Steak, sauteed potato & onions, corn on the cob
Sun: My sisters threw me a sprinkle and we had a huge brunch of omelets, french toast, soy bacon, soy sausages, fruit salad, bagel & cc, pastries etc.
Mon: out for 10 cent wings for my sisters boyfriend's b-day
Tues: BBQ London Broil with Red mashed potatoes
Wed: Meat and Cheese Boureg (like Greek meat/cheese pie, only the Armenian version)
Thurs: pasta tossed with butter, parmesan and eggplant cutlets (never made this last week)
Fri: ???
I've been having such a hard time lately coming up with a menu. I'm 8+ mos preggo and nothing is appetizing or I'm just too hot and lazy to want to cook it
