Sunday: BBQ at Friends - making pasta salad
Monday: Linguine with clam sauce
Tuesday: Pretzel coated Chicken with honey mustard sauce, Salad, Broccoli
Wednesday: BBQ chicken, grilled zucchini, salad
Thursday: Out
Friday: Dinner with Family
Saturday: Wedding

Wednesday: Angel Hair Pasta w/Summer Sauce, Chicken Sausage, Homemade Garlicky focaccia, Salad with Basil Vinaigrette
Thursday: Roast beef, Mashed potatoes, Herbed Green Peas, Gravy, Cucumber Salad
Friday: Quick Chicken Soup, Italian bread, house salad

Wednesday - pan fried tilapia, zucchini pancakes
Thurs-Sun - going upstate

Mon.- shredded chicken & black bean tacos with rice
Tues.- Spaghetti and meatballs, salad, garlic bread
Wed.- Marinated pork tenderloin, mashed potatoes, peas
Thurs.- Pulled pork sandwiches on potato rolls, baked beans, sweet potato fries
Fri.- take out

Sun: marinated flank steak with cucumber/tomato/olive/feta salad, fresh corn chowder as a starter
Mon: flautas with sour cream and guacamole, salad
Tues: steak tacos, fresh salsa, avocado salad, rice and black beans
Wed: eggplant parmiggiana, ziti
Thurs: grilled chicken over greek salad, tzatziki, toasted flat bread

Sunday- Adobe Rubbed Pork tenderloin, satueed peppers and spinach
Monday- Lo carb shepherd's pie with cauliflower/parsnips instead of potatoes
Tuesday- oven roasted chicken with root vegetables
Wednesday- Melting pot with friends 
Thursday- BBQ Salmon made on the cedar plank, quinoa salad on side, veggies
Friday- Steaks and veggies
**we are not eating processed or white carbs at night (pasta)

Saturday: I was in Atlantic City with friends, so we ate at an Italian restaurant
Sunday: After spending 7 hours attempting to get home, we ordered in Italian
Monday: Went to Applebees with friends
Tuesday: Babysitting so I'm just ordering in
Wednesday: Broiled steaks with bold and spicy steak sauce
Thursday: Fettuccine with homemade Alfredo sauce
Friday: Friends are coming in from PA so we'll go out/order
