Weekly Menu-7/10
Didn't see one posted yet, and since I had time I planned our out this week.
Sunday- Pesto Lasagna
Monday- Eating out (Rosa Mexicano with the ILs, can't wait to stuff my face with guac)
Tues- Spice baked chicken thighs with pasta and steamed broccoli
Wednesday-Shrimp with chick peas and green beans over rice
Thurs- Grilled pork chops, corn and grilled peppers and zucchini
Fri- Ranch steak kabobs with grape tomatoes and new potatoes
Sat-Horseradish turkey burgers stuffed with cheddar cheese. Topped with avocado, tomato, lettuce, onions, etc. Sweet potato fries

Thursday: Cilantro Lime Cod, Mixed Veggie Scramble, and Rice
Friday: Spaghetti with Summer Vegetable Sauce (ATK recipe)
Saturday: Spicy Thai Beef and Jasmine Rice (Skinny Taste)
Sunday: Baked Chicken Marinated in Green Goddess Dressing, Broccoli Sauteed in Garlic and Oil, and Potato Wedges
Monday: Spaghetti Leftovers
Tuesday: Thai Leftovers
Wednesday: Chicken Leftovers

Sat: Chicken Cutlets, Brown Rice Pilaf and Garden Salad
Sun: BBQ Steak, Baked Potato, Corn on the cob, and salad
Mon: Picnic: Cold cut Sandwiches and Pasta Salad...Tri-color Rotini tossed with Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh Mozzarella, Fresh Basil and Balsamic Vinaigrette
Tues: Spinach Pie and Greek Salad
Wed: SkinnyTaste Sloppy Joes and chips
Thurs: Something Chicken....just haven't found a recipe yet. Someone inspire me please!!!
Fri: Pizza for the boys and Baked Founder, Brown Rice Pilaf with peas and mushrooms, and homemade dill sauce and tartar for the ladies (never made this last week)

Sunday - BBQ - Turkey burgers/hot dogd, corn on the cob
Monday - BBQ ribs in the crockpot
Tuesday - Bethenny Frankel low fat pasta carbonara
Wednesday - take out
Thursday - not sure yet??.....chicken?
Friday - Homemade pizza on the BBQ

Sunday - honey glazed ham, biscuits, peas
Monday - crockpot chicken breasts w/salsa, black beans, corn etc and warmed flour tortillas
Tuesday - omelets with leftover ham, salad
Wednesday - whole wheat rotini w/broccoli, chicken sausage, garlic & oil
Thursday - sushi
Friday - cheeseburgers mixed w/crumbled bacon, chips, salad
Saturday - out

Saturday- Italian take out
Sunday- TJ Masala Veggie Burgers w/ spicy rice and beans and corn
Monday- Pasta with broccolini, garlic, onion and cannelini beans with oil, balsamic vinegar and mustard sauce
Tuesday- Pasta with asparagus and peanut sauce
Wednesday- Pasta with zuchini, garlic, onios, tomatos and white beans
Thursday- TJ veggie dumplings
Friday- Burrito take out

It is my birthday this week, so we are going out a lot /w friends, family, etc. 
Sunday- BBQ Hamburgers and turkey hotdogs with cole slaw on warm buns.
Monday- Going out to dinner
Tuesday- Crockpot honey mustard chicken over rice, green salad.
Wednesday- Not sure
Thursday- My B day- going out.
Friday- Going out w/ my sister, BIL and niece for my b day.
Saturday- Going out with friends on there boat for my b day !
Sunday- Going out again with another group of friends for my bday.
Gee- I am a very busy person this week! I usually cook all week, this is going to be a nice week off of cooking!

Sunday: MIL's
Monday: Hero sandwiches (roast chicken, cheese & ham with tomato, lettuce on seeded semolina with a homemade garlic basil aioli). Cucumber salad, chips.
Tuesday: Chicken fajitas, yellow rice w/black beans
Wednesday: Angel hair pasta with my version of summer sauce, grilled chicken sausage, house salad
Thursday: turkey chili, leftover yellow rice, cornbread.
Friday: Stuffed peppers
Saturday: Not sure..

Saturday: Subway
Sunday: Sausage & peppers cooked in oregano, Italian seasoning, thyme, olive oil, red pepper and red wine
Monday: We'll pick up something on our way home from volleyball or eat there
Tuesday: Thai chicken with peanut sauce and noodles
Wednesday: Stuffed potatoes w/ cheddar, sour cream, & bacon and tomato soup
Thursday: Dinner at my parents
Friday: Dinner with friends

Tue- beef Tacos w/ yellow rice
Wed- Baked Chicken cutlet w/ twice baked potatos and aspharogus

Fri- OUT-maybe mexican?
Sat- Wedding

Sunday: homemade french bread pizza
I am working a crazy amount of hours right now, so this is subject to being able to stay up the night before to make it
last night for tonight: chicken thighs braised in wine with summer veggies over egg noddles
tonight for tomorrow ( ): grilled spiral sausage with sauteed peppers and onions over rice
tomorrow night I get a break. Wednesday we are having take out!
Wed for Thurs: chicken with fresh tomato sauce over penne, sauteed zucchini
Fri: OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
