***Weekly Menu *** 5/14
Sat: TJ Chili Lime Chicken Burgers, Fresh Guac salad, Cole Slaw & Chips
Sun: Corned beef & Cabbage with roasted potatoes
Mon: Baked Beef Empanadas with salad
Tues: Tuna Salad with Pita Chips (coming home late from the office)
Wed: ST Coconut Chicken, Brown Rice Pilaf, & steamed veggies
Thurs: Kobe Beef Burgers, Cole Slaw and Baked Sweet Potato Fries
Fri: Pizza/Italian Take out

Friday: Chicken Curry, Yogurt Chutney, Mixed Vegetables, and Basmati Rice
Saturday: Grilled Ribeye Steaks, Sweet Potato Fries, and Grilled Zucchini
Sunday: Penne with Marinara Sauce and Ground Turkey, Mixed Green Salad
Monday: Curried Chicken Salad Sandwiches and Carrot Sticks
Tuesday: Steak Leftovers
Wednesday: Penne Leftovers

Tues.- Bowties with broccoli, garlic, olive oil and romano cheese with salad
Wed.- Marinated skirt steak with rice and spinach
Thurs.- Dolmades with lemon sauce
Fri- Homemade pizza

Saturday - pretzel crusted chicken tenders with mustard dipping sauce, salad
Sunday - Chinese
Monday - mexican black bean lasagna - new recipe
Tuesday - hot italian sausage & peppers heros
Wednesday - leftovers
Thursday - citrus marinated tilapia, brown rice, roasted broccoli
Friday - out
Saturday - hot dogs & broccoli knish 
ETA - baking this week - monkey bread, strawberry pie, possibly a pound cake since I have some buttermilk I need to get rid of.

Sunday- Sausage and peppers and onions on kaiser rolls, melted mozzarella cheese on top.
Monday- Going out have a dr. appt.
Tuesday- Turkey tacos, all the fixings and rice.
Wednesday- Chicken cordon blue with rice and salad.
Thursday- Meat sauce over whole wheat penne.
Friday- Chicken cutlets,noodles, broccolli
Saturday- Porter house steaks, potatoes, shrimp cocktail, creamed spinach, wine. (steakhouse meal made at home)

Thursday: Pizza
Friday: Steak, Baked Potato, Asparagus
Saturday: FINALLY shish kebab.

I am finally back since DD was born to at least trying to plan a weekly menu. Things are still a little nuts around here but I am giving it my best!! I did cook everyday last week!
Sunday - Ravioli & peas in a proscuitto cream sauce, salad, semolina bread
Monday - Lemon Chicken, Basmati rice, Roasted Broccoli
Tuesday - London Broil, crash potatoes, garlic bread, corn & beans (having company over)
Wednesday - Chicken Florentine
Thursday - Sicilian Rice Ball Casserole, roasted aspargus
Friday - TBD

I never remember to participate here, but always get such great ideas! Anyway, here we go:
Sunday: Eat at MILs
Monday: Italian Meatloaf with salad and steamed broccoli
Tuesday: Pene with crumbled sausage, tomato, fresh mozz., with a herb butter sauce and garlic bread
Wednesday: Homemade pizza
Thursday: Marinated grilled chicken (please don't rain), french fries, and roasted corn
Friday: mexican and bean soup
Saturday: Eat with parents
