**Weekly Menu 11/14***
So I am finally getting energy back now that I am leaving my 1st trimester. I've done my food shopping and planned my menu for the week! DH will be so happy I am cooking again!
Sunday - Veal Pomodoro, Rice, Roasted broccoli
Monday - Chicken Tortellini soup, warm baguette
Tuesday - Pork chops w/glazed apples & onions, buttered noodles, roasted carrots
Wednesday - Turkey meatloaf, mashed sweet potatoes, sauteed string beans
Thursday - Chicken & Spinach tortilla bake, salad
Friday - Sausage & spinach calzone, salad
Saturday - Chicken cutlets milanese, rice, roasted asparagus

Sunday: MIL's house
Monday: Sticky Chicken Legs, Sesame Noodles, Edamame, Salad w/mandarins, chow mein noodles and Ginger dressing.
Tuesday: Honey Rosemary Chicken, Rice Pilaf, Roasted Broccoli
Wednesday: Ravioli, House Salad, Italian Bread
Thursday: Turkey Chili, Yellow Rice, Johnnycake
Friday: We are having 'Thanksgiving' at work.. so I'm making mashed potatoes.. and MAYBE a brussel sprout and bacon dish.. we'll see. So for dinner we'll just order out pizza.
Saturday: Pan seared NY strip steak with cabernet reduction, potato croquettes, Spaghetti Squash and chopped salad with mimosa vinaigrette.

Friday: Chicken Curry, Spinach, Yogurt Chutney and Basmati Rice
Saturday: Out to Dinner
Sunday: Dijon Lime Chicken, Roasted Fennel and Potatoes, Mixed Vegetables
Monday: Chicken Curry leftovers
Tuesday: Spaghetti with Meat Sauce, Salad
Wednesday: Dijon Chicken leftovers

Mon: Grilled chicken pesto paninis w/fresh mozz, kettle chips
Tues: Out
Weds: French onion tart, garlic broccoli
Thurs: Ravioli with basil cream sauce, bread and butter, spinach salad w/balsamic
Fri: Out
Sat: Sesame ginger chicken tenders w/fried rice and egg rolls

Mon: Chicken cutlets, brown rice pilaf and corn
Tues: leftovers
Wed: Soup (Italian wedding for Dh and Butternut Squash for me) and grilled cheese
Thurs: Grilled Veggie Foccochia Pizza,
hosting a Lia Sophia party and will have:
Spiral Wraps with a Cream Cheese base:
Turkey & Roasted Red Pepper
Ham & Pineapple
Spinach & Roasted Red Pepper
Hummus
Asparagus Dip
Guacamole
Carrots & Celery

S'mores cups

and a weigh watchers pie

bkfst: waffles and eggs (with blueberries for luce-not the eggs, the waffles  )
lunch: rotisserrie chicken sandwiches (open faced with melted cheese and tomato for luce)
dinner: lentil soup with chorizo, spinach and pastina
Sun:
bkfst: diner
lunch: roasted eye round in dijon caper sauce with mashed potatoes and roasted carrots "fritte's"
dinner: arroz con chorizo y pollo, corn
Mon: mussels fra diavolo over linguine, sauteed spinach
Tues: chili, roasted sweet dumpling squash, rice, some green from the market
Wed: pizza night! cuatro staggione (black olives, mozzarella cheese, artichokes, prosciutto)
Thurs: more lentil soup with warmed boule

Monday: Peppercorn pork tenderloin with buttermilk biscuits, corn and creamed spinach
Tuesday: Chicken Parm with Angel hair pasta and a green salad
Wednesday: Chicken strips and tots with strawberries and pineapple
Thursday; Smothered pork chops with mushrooms, wild rice and green beans
Friday: Homemade pizza
Saturday: I am hoping dinner out.

i wish my DH would eat half of these things. he is such a f**** plain and picky eater, all we eat is chicken or pork. He wont eat salad, doesnt want pasta unless its a side of something, no spices, no lemon marinade, wont eat soup unless he's sick..yada yada..
Im going to just start making stuff and if he doesnt like it, he can kiss my arse..LOL
these menus sound yummy!!
