Weekly menu - 12/18/11 (!!!!)
Wow, I can't believe this year is almost over already. I have a short week because we'll be with family for the holidays.
Sunday - grilled ribeye (DH) and filet (me), garlic bread, salad with lemon vinaigrette
Monday - Penne bake with spinach and tomatoes
Tuesday - having friends over from OOT and they want to order pizza lol
Wednesday - chicken scampi over wild rice, roasted brussels sprouts with crispy pancetta
Thursday - leftovers
Friday/Saturday - out

Sunday- Thinking of making a lasagna, and a garlic bread to go with it.
Monday- Turkey tacos. and spanish rice and all the taco trimmings.
Tuesday- Roasted chicken, potato latkes, green veggie. ( first night of Chanukah).
Wednesday- Going out w/ DH for his work holiday party.
This is as far as I have gotten .

Keeping it easy this week!
Sunday - home alone - probably grill a chicken breast and some salad
Monday - Chicken Caccitore with salad and pasta
Tuesday - Burgers, Baked Beans, salad
Wednesday - Happy hour - may grab something while I'm out or leftovers
Thursday - Tilapia, green beans, some kind of frozen veggie
Friday/Saturday - family parties

Tonight- take out
Mon.- some kind of chicken dish TBD
Tues.- Turkey breast, gravy, sausage stuffing, corn & roasted brussel sprouts
Wed.- Stuffed grape leaves with lemon sauce (never made last week)
Thurs.- Homemade penna ala vodka
Fri- take out

Sat: Chili
Sun: Chicken fajitas
Mon: grilled chicken and brown rice
Tues: out for DH's bday
Wed: leftovers
Thurs: pasta with chicken, peppers, onions and red sauce
Fri: not sure, probably something easy like sandwiches!

Sat: Sausage & Peppers on Rolls
Sun: Coconut Shrimp and ST Corn Casserole (yes, we didn't make it from last week again!)
Mon: ST Chicken & Mushroom with Garlic while wine sauce over Smart Taste Pasta (never made this either)
Tues: BBQ Steak, Creamed Spinach, & Crash Potatoes
Wed: Soup & Grilled Cheese
Thurs: Leftovers
Fri: Pizza

Monday; Greek Style Chicken with Pita, Greek Style Salad, Orzo with tomato
Tuesday: American Ghoulash with Noodles, Salad
Wednesday: Steak Fajitas
Thursday: Leftovers
Friday: Green corn masa cakes with black beans & goat cheese with yellow rice
Saturday; Christmas Eve Potluck at my house!

Sunday: Ordered Chinese
Monday: Ravioli and Sauce
Tuesday: Chicken Cutlets, pasta side and some sort of veggies
Wednesday: Asian Turkey Meatballs, Rice and Sugar Snap Peas
Thursday: Crockpot Beef Stew
Friday: Something easy-prob pizza or sandwiches!
Saturday: Yummy Dinner at Moms!

monday: football food - chicken wings, mac n cheese, potato wedges
tuesday: probably tofu parmagiana
wed: spaghetti squash marinara
not sure the rest of the week yet....
