Weekly menu - 12/11/11
Sunday - whole roasted chicken with herbs, roasted brussels sprouts, wild rice
Monday - I'm out, DH will eat leftovers
Tuesday - whole wheat pizza with prosciutto, arugula and balsamic glaze
Wednesday - quesadillas with leftover shredded chicken, black beans, peppers & onions
Thursday - grilled Italian sausage (broccoli rabe/romano), penne with pesto and fresh baby spinach
Friday - burgers, onion rings, coleslaw
Saturday - sushi

Sat: BBQ Steak, Mashed Potatoes, and Steamed Broccoli tossed with parm, ww breadcrumbs and a splash of evoo
Sun: Ordered Chinese Food 
Mon: Chili with Cornbread
Tues: ST Sicilian-Rice-Ball-Casserole with Salad (other half frozen from last week)
Wed: ST chicken-and-mushrooms-in-garlic-white over Smart Taste Tri-color Rotini
Thurs: Hot & Sweet Sausage and Peppers on French Bread
Fri: Pizza for the kids/A twist on ST Coconut Chicken I'm doing Coconut Shrimp with ST Make-Over-Corn-Casserole & Salad (never made this last week)

Monday: Chicken Piccata with Angel Hair Pasta, Baby spinach with olive oil and garilic
Tuesday: Cube steak sandwiches with peppers, onions and provolone cheese on grilled kaiser rolls.
Wednesday: Pork Milanese, Sugar Snap Peas, Potato wedges
Thursday: Spaghetti w/ red Sauce, Salad, Italian bread.
Friday: Turkey Tacos
Saturday: TBD

Mon-tortellini & something
Tues--homemade chicken nuggets, onion rings, veggie

Fri--homemade pizza

Here's the menu that DH will be making with my coaching! 
Sat - Pepperoni pizza rolls, marinara sauce for dipping + a salad for me
Sun - Broiled steaks with 3-cheese orzo
Mon - Mexican chicken, yellow rice
Tues - Creamy stovetop mac & cheese, biscuits, roasted broccoli
Wed - Homemade shake n' bake chicken drumsticks, parmesan potatoes
Thurs - Teriyaki turkey meatballs, rice
Fri - Shells with easy bolognese

Sunday- Rotisseire chicken from BJ's, rice and salad
Monday- Chicken Meatballs w/ vodka sauce over pasta , garlic bread
Tuesday- Pork chops breaded in cornflake crumbs, brushed with duck sauce, and baked green veggie on the side.
Wednesday- Heros from My Hero. YUM!
Thursday- Leftovers
Friday- Not sure
Saturday- Going to a holiday party.
