It's time to think about getting "old".Chat Icon I had asked a while ago and is really considering it.

I would love to invest in a farm house. But not sure where. It would start as a weekend/vacation house but could be a FT retirement home.

1/ It cannot be in a place too cold (forget Vermont or upstate NY). So all the way out East on LI, PA, etc... But has to be at proximity to stores, etc...

2/ On the lower range of the $$$. More interested in a 3 bedroom house but more land. More as a second home as 1st. We would still keep our current home.
