Wedding up do hair
I have an oval shaped face with a cleft chin and hair that falls slightly below my shoulders. I am sort of in the bridal party so I need my hair done. Are there any photos of hair styles that you would recommend?

I wore my hair like this to my friends' wedding. If you want more pictures, let me know and I will FM them to you. My hair is a little longer, but I think it would work on your length as well. Image Attachment(s):

The side up do is very popular too. Side swept bangs with a messy knot low on the side..of course sprayed to death.

I've been in a few weddings recently and I like having it braided across the top with it pulled up with loose messy curls in the back.

Jill that is too much!  Tourist - Thanks, my dress came. I am going to wear it. So much more drama has happened - at this point I am going and am disgusted by everything. I don't even want to talk about it and just want this weekend over and done with - let it be a distant memory. But I will say karma was completely served to the bride to be already so part of me feels vindicated and I want to go so I can see her face. I won't gloat, but I want to see how she handles it.

 You're better than me! At least you can try and have a good time with the family!
So princess says no low, side buns, huh? What about a low, side ponytail? I always love that look.
Otherwise, I always just go down and curly with a little bump. It's the only one I know how to do myself.

So I went to my hairdresser and gave her free reign to style my hair without any direction from me. I just asked her to make me look nice. We took photos and I will ask the stylist in DC to copy it. It is 1/2 up 1/2 down with a messy style bun sort of 1/2 way up. I like it a lot. At this point I am doing things for me and don't care what the BTB says. I am just done. I will look good and that is what I care about. If I don't look cookie cutter to bad.
