wedding attire - "beach cocktail"
we have a wedding in CA in a couple weeks. the ceremony will be on the beach and the dress code is "beachy cocktail - flip flops welcome, sunglasses encouraged."
so.... what does that mean? flowy maxi dress and flat sandals?

I'd do a pretty maxi dress.
I've gotten a few really nice ones from Loft for weddings. I happen o love this one:

I've gotten a few really nice ones from Loft for weddings. I happen o love this one:

I wore this to a beach wedding last year
People were wearing anything from dress pants to cocktail dresses (which looked kind of out of place)
