website for Doctor reviews ?
Does anyone know any websites of Doctor review?
I had found one by mistake last week when googling a Dr. but cant find it again, or any others.

ratemd.com - I actually posted my experience with my old OB/GYN there, and was so surprised (well not really) by the negative reviews of that practice. I really wished I had known about it before

That website will tell you if there are any actions pending against the MD...past med mals...education info, residency. It's a great site.
It's also for free.

err ok, I just made my DH a dr's appt so for shite and giggles I put in his name and his certification expired in 2005   are these sites really up to date or should I investigate?

From what I've seen they aren't always up to date b/c the dr provides the information.
But I use that same site for my job.

I don't know if they are up to date...the site is referenced on several public library sites, so I assume it is a reputable site.
I'm pushy with MDs, so I'd call his receptionist and ask about the expiration.
