Wearing Flats
I'm just wondering if it's just me but every single time I wear a pair of flats, my feet hurt. I always get blisters on the back of my heel or on the top of my foot below the pinky toe. It's not just one pair of shoes, seems to be every time I wear flat. What gives? Anyone else have this problem? or do I just have mutant feet?
If you do have this problem, any suggestions on how to avoid this problem would be really appreciated.

Re: Wearing Flats
Have you tried putting insoles in your flats? I started noticing that my feet get tired, and feel some strain on my arch. So I got the Dr. Scholls comfort inserts, and they are amazing. They have different styles that work with heels and flats.

Ditto. The only flats I've ever been able to wear were from Naturalizer. They were very comfy. But even then I'd find sometimes I had to stick a band-aid on my heel to avoid a blister.

Re: Wearing Flats
I usually find that the problem goes away after I break the shoes in. If it doesn't, I put moleskin or heel guards like these ones and they usually do the trick! Image Attachment(s):

Thanks ladies!! Glad it isn't only me
I'm going to have to try these things above. I really love wearing flats. The ones I have on today are so cute and have sparkles on them and I want to rip them off my feet and smash them!!!!!! ouch!

Re: Wearing Flats
I also find that wearing peds (the nude ones that don't really show above your shoe) helps me with my toe blistering! HTH!

Re: Wearing Flats
you have to break them in - wear them 3-4 days for only a few hours at a time and they will be perfect...
