weaning from pump question!
i have been trying to wean myself from the pump for a while now. i am just getting over mastitis from the last time i tried! i know you're supposed to drop one pumping every couple of days. i was pumping 8 times a day and am now pumping 6 times a day - but my question is:
those 6 times that i pump, should i be emptying each breast? or should i stop pumping at a specified amount?
