we told our landlord
we told her today, when she was here to deal w/ the oil spill in our basement, that we are buying a house.
we were going to call her this weekend, but since she was here- we thought it was nice to do in person.
she was really cool about it and happy for us! she said we have been excellent tenants and she'll miss us.
