We listed with a realtor..
We said, enough of this [email protected] just want out of this co-op!
So we listed with a woman that my DH works with (she does Real Estate on the side). Now it's offically on the market!
The one thing she did that I really liked was if at any point we wanted out...she would release us...no questions asked.
So I just hope we can sell quick...
Selling co-op vibes!!!  
Here's the new link...the only error is the cross street...is Eagle Avenue.
