We Know We All Love Weight Loss Success Stories
So I am 3 weeks post an emergency c-section and I'm down 38 lbs...without doing a thing other than some basic housework and EBFing! All I do is take care of baby, make dinner and do some laundry and that's it. Just thought I would share for anyone concerned with their weight gain!

Thank you!!! I gained about 28 pounds this pregnancy... I'm hoping to lose 80 the day the baby is born! 
Oh - and GREAT job on the weight loss!

OMG, thank you for spoting this, im so nervous about the weight. I gained 33 this pregnancy so far but still had 40 from DD, im hoping to lose at least 60 and plan on EBF after my c-section...I hope I follow your track....can I ask what your eating while EBFing??

I still have some more to go and would like to get down to 10 lbs less than pre-pregnancy but I think I'm doing well so far...

ahhh sooo nice to hear this!! I have gained 46 lbs so far! I'm worried about losing all of that weight after baby

I eat three regular meals and try to have two snacks.
In general, I do a cereal, oatmeal, some wheat toast with peanut butter or something similar for breakfast. If I dont have cereal, I pair it with a glass of milk. Sometimes I have a piece of fruit with it depending on how hungry I am, and what my portion size is.
For lunch I usually have left overs from whatever I had for dinner the night before, but sometimes I have a cold cut sandwich or something else.
For dinner I have some type of meat (grilled chicken, steak, pork chops, etc.), a potato or rice and a green or orange veggie. Some nights though I make pasta with red sauce with a salad as a side...
For my snacks I have a granola bar, a piece of fruit, or sometimes I have a cupcake or ice cream or something bad for me, it depends on my mood...
I don't deny myself anything other than veggies that are known to cause gas because I don't want a fussy baby...
And, I drink water almost exclusively...sometimes I have some juice, milk or decaf tea...but mostly just water...

Do not worry...I gained a total of 51 lbs...I have no idea how I got there, because I gained nothing in my first trimester...second I was only up 17...the rest was third trimester...

EXCELLENT!!! Congrats! I am 38 weeks and gained 30 - I plan on BFing so hopefully I will have a similar weight loss success to you!
