We have an accepted offer!
Finally! We got a 4 bedroom house here in CA for 20,000 under asking price. The owners were desperate since we were their only offer in four months and are moving into their new place in two weeks.
I really like this one the best so you guys were right!

You better close quick and lay outside in the bikini, before you start showing, so you can get those "discounted/free" cabinets when my FIL and I visit.

Theresa- you are the greatest- definately lots of news to handle in one weeks time! The kitchen will need to redone but is usable for now- I will post a pic- its all stenciled(so not me) so I will paint it for now and redo when we have more cash- buying this place took it all
SO in a year or so, I will have the bod back in time for those discounts!
There is a bedroom with your name on it so you better come visit!

Not the best pics- they are blurry and the house is WAY better in person. The backyard is MUCH better and bigger in person than these reflect.

Right now it just needs paint. How are the baths?
I hope you don't have a "Finding Nemo" bath like I did.
 OK, what is up with the two rooms with the same two different colors of paint? I mean they couldn't have thought of another color?
Oh, those stencils on the cabinets  but nothing beats all of the flowers and white picket fence in my old kitchen
What, no pool? I don't think I can make the trip then Actually, we would all be better off, the world is a less traumatic place not having me in a bathing suit

We have a beach only minutes away and the key to the pool at my old condo so no worries about that
And NO- so funny you said three years ago- I just bought my condo and was planning a trip to Australia for the summer and loving my single life. Little did I know what was in store for the next few years!
