we got the keys!!
When I called to set up getting the keys / possession tomorrow, the seller's son offered to drop the keys off tonight -- b/c his mom is all moved out!
He just dropped them off at our apartment. I'm so excited!!
DH is at school tonight, so I'm not even sure we'll get there until tomorrow. I hope he's up for a drive over there tonight. I may try to convince him to go to the "new" train station and we can go straight there to see it ALL BY OURSELVES!!!

Thanks all. It would be way more exciting if we hadn't found so many problems during the final walkthough (see other post)... but it's still SO FREAKIN' COOL!
