We got our mortgage!
The commitment came today!
Another official milestone down!
Oh- and it looks like we got insurance, too!
AND my insurance agent saved us almost 40% from our old car ins- so the difference between hat we pay now, and our new payment, INCLUDING homeowners- will be something like $600 per year!!!

Congrats that is great news, I am shopping around for insurance could you give me the name of your broker?
