We GOT our Appraisal!!
YIPPY SKIPPY, we paid $272K, with Seller's Consession its $281K (so mortaging $252K).
drum roll please::::
It got appraised for $291K!!!!
I'm so happy that #1 we don't owe any additional $$$ at closing AND we are getting a great deal!!
Ok, back to work now!!
