We got a surprise 4D u/s!
My placenta was low at my 20 week ultrasound so I had to go in today to see if it moved up. While the doctor was doing the ultrasound, she said she'd get a better pic of her for us and switched to 4D. Our baby was a little camera shy and kept hiding her face but we did get one pretty clear shot.
About the placenta...it moved far enough away from my cervix that I don't need to worry about it. 
ETA: Pic in profile. It didn't work in post!
