Absolutely adorable!
You can use it once the baby can hold their head steady. I tried Steven at 2 months, but he kept leaning to one side. I didn't want him to get used to sitting that way, so I tried every week until he was about one week shy of three months when he could sit perfectly straight.
So, it really depends.
