I've been doing it before I got pregnant. Have done it 3 times since and plan to do it again. I'm fine....

totally safe, but be prepared for it to hurt more, so there is increased blood flow during pregnancy. I find even my eyebrow waxes are much more painful.

Re: Waxing and pregnancy....
I just went for my brazilian yesterday and even though I'm not very far along (4-5 weeks), I was shocked at how much more sensitive I was despite taking ibuprofen 45 minutes prior.
To be honest, it hurt less when I got waxed in my 39th week during my last pregnancy! (and that was w/o ibuprofen.)

Re: Waxing and pregnancy....
I was not sensitive early on and I thought it would just continue that way. Now my skin is very sensitive to everything. My skin all over has become very sensitive. I always had sensitive skin and lots of allergies but now I react to everything, even some of my tried and true products. I might not continue with waxing, but I need to figure out what I can do!

Re: Waxing and pregnancy....
I am afraid to go bc of the pain and have gone retro. I butcher it every other week blindly with a razor. I am going to have to give in and get it done soon though...

I went today and it hurt a little more than usually, HOWEVER, I did try a new place, so it might have been the girl too.
