Waterproof Boppy Cover?
Do they make one? If not, they should! .
I bought the naked and a cover, which is great, but I am always putting blankets or burp clothes over it in case she spits up and it soaks through to the actual pillow.

No, they don't. But, I don't think you need to cover it with extra blankets. The covers are really thick and very good at keeping the wet spots off the pillow.
