water stain on wood table???
A paper plate with hot food was placed on my wood table and left a mark that looks like a water stain--how can i get rid of it???
some one told me put mayonnaise over it ---anyone heard of this? or have any other suggestions

I did a quick google search and they said use toothpaste. Here's the instructions: Ask Yahoo

I have 2 Antique Wood End Tables and I have had water stains before
These remedies have worked for me
Cigarette ashes and water
JASCO Water Stain remover
And beleive it or not the best one for was peanut butter on the stain for 2 hours and wipe and walla it was gone!

thanks for the suggestion----I just tried it and it didnt work!!!(the toothpaste)
