Water sono-antibiotics?

I put a call into the nurse, but waiting to hear back.
Both DH and I have to take antibiotics tomorrow for my water sono on Wed/as well as for IVF (one time dose). There are 4 pills that need to be taken for each of us.
I know the nurse told me we don't both have to take our pills at the same time- but here's my question:
Do the pills have to be taken all at once or can they be spaced out throughout the day? TIA!

We both took them all at once. I think we took them at night.
