Water Log
I thought it would be helpful to log our daily drinking! Maybe that will help keep us motivated.
My Dr is on my case to drink a ton of water bc I am having swelling issues.

So far, 1 12 oz bottle of water. I'll have about 4-6 a day. Luckily getting the water in isn't an issue for me.

This might be gross, but My OB told me that I am not drinking enough water until my pee is almost clear!
So each day I used to "check" periodically and get annoyed if it wasn't clear!

It is very difficult for me to drink water as i dont like it very much. I am on my 4th cup (8oz)
how many do we have to drink?

my Dr never gave me an exact, just says "alot" , however since I have had some swelling lately, the nurse said 2 gallons , but i think thats just for swelling purposes

1 L of water + a 1/2 liter of decaf ice tea so far today...
I will definitely drink another liter before leaving work. and another 1.5 liters before bed....
My pee is NEVER close to being clear. I'm always amazed at how much I can drink and it's still far from it.

I have noticed that since being prego, my pee is never clear, and it always was from drinking a lot of water...
That's proof that you need more water when prego.
