Oh yes...I started adding those new Crystal Light Truvia mixes to my water because I'm so sick of it!!
And I'm only staying in AC. DH will be lucky if I walk to the car.

between my daily AM glass of milk  and water, and the one liter I just chugged.. its only 9:30 and I've been to the bathroom multiple times..
