That's the recipe I was gonna recommend! BEST EVER. And beaning the vanilla beans is kinda fun and cool. The icing tastes exactly like vanilla ice cream. YUM.

Yup! That's the recipe. I make it every year for my son's birthday. And definitely buy vanilla beans. It's totally worth it!
