Warrants
How can someone check if they have outstanding warrants or there criminal history is any ???
A friend of mine is dating this new guy and she thinks his past is shady...

I'm no relationship expert here, but if she's getting a funny feeling about this guy and his past, maybe she should consider moving on.
Has she spoken to him about her concerns and he's blowing her off?
Again, I would suggest she follow her gut, if she's not comfortable with this guy or feels like he's hiding something from her, most likely he is and she should move on.

I agree... if a gut feeling is saying no, then she should move on... especially since it's a new relationship...
no worse sign than secretly investigating a partner in the early relationship stages

if he was actually incarcerated, you can go on the NYS office of corrections website.
how about just googling his name? (unless he has a common name)
