Want to use a Spa gift certificate....
I have had a gift certificate for a while now to Red Door Salon...
that I have really wanted to use for a while now..
but now that I am pregnant..I know they dont do massages on 1st trimester ladies...I am only 7 weeks...
Can I get a facial? are those "allowed" in 1st trimester

yes, you can get a facial...or even a body scrub is ok....massage is the only no-no

I have heard different things from different places/people. I would def. double check with your dr. Also, if you tell them you are pregnant they are most likely going to request a letter from your dr. stating that it is ok.

I agree. Be careful. your skin is much more sensitive when pregnant.

I got a facial when I was like 10 wks or so... I just let them know and all was good!
