Wanna know what grossed me out
I was sitting on a plane on Sunday coming home and an older man (Late 70's) comes down the aisle toward the bathroom puts his hand on the seat in front of me to balance himself and he had nails, longer than mine, and dirty.  So that is it, men with long fingernails regardless of age.

No offense, but when you're in your late 70s I don't think you give a rats arse about your fingernails.
Other things become much more important.

Im with you other things ARE more important but that doesn't mean I can't be grossed out by them at eye level about a foot from my face KWIM

gross. a lot of older people can't do it themselves because of arthritis, vision etc. my grandma goes weekly for a mani/pedi - she's 95.
getting old isn't pretty
