Walmart's prices are unbelievably low for gliders and ottomans but are they durable?

IDK... but i am looking for just an ottoman b/c i already have a rocking chair... do they sell them separatly?

I have no idea about the quality but I was looking at them too this weekend. I refuse to pay over $200 for a glider & ottoman set.. and everywhere i look the prices are ridiculous. I just dont feel like thats something I want to spend so much money on. I found one i like at BRU so I am going to go see that then look around.

I don't see why they wouldn't be good quality/durable--they are many of the same brands at BRU and the reviews on that website seem positive. I would just make sure their return policy is good.

i didnt look it up ~ but the baby bargains books basically said all items have to meet federal safety requirements.

i remember them clearly stating that the $100 crib from ikea is no less safe the $1000 bellini crib. so ill assume the same is true for items like gliders.

just go for it. wal-mart will allow you to return if you get it and dont like it.

i needed a white wooden rocker for our nursery and searched online. walmart had one FOR so cheap and i was a little apprehensive about ordering, but figured i could always return it if i didnt like the quality. i had to assemble it, which i did by myself so it wasnt too bad. and it has been working out great!!! my husband was so shocked when i told him what i paid for it. the fabric quality is not the greatest, but i didnt expect more for what i paid!

for my first DS we got a super expensive glider from behr's and honestly, it is so bulky and big that we never really used it...total waste of money!

I paid $129 for my Walmart Glider WITH Ottoman.. bought it at the store. Couldn't be more pleased with the quality... seems the same as the ones at BRU to me!

I got a storkcraft glider from walmart and I love it, plus free shipping can't beat that.

I'm ordering this one Glider and Ottoman It has 124 reviews and 4 & 1/2 stars out of 5 so I figure what the heck and I love the fact that I can pick the color of the cushion

I purchase one online and Hubby put it together, so far so good.
