Wall mounted tv height

How high is your tv wall mounted? I just did mine and thinking its a little too high but too late now. Im reading online it shoukd be eye level.

Hmm mine is definitely not eye level. It is about 1 foot down from the molding. I feel like eye level would be too low for me. U

So your’s is one foot down from molding where? Yeah, I figured eye level, I may as well just have put it on console

The ceiling molding. Idk how to explain these things, so I can be using the wrong word. My ceilings are low though. But it is definitely no where near eye level. I am also very short so would that be like on the floor. lol

It's also about 2 feet above the TV unit I have.

I’m short too so eye level is floor for me too lol

Mine is in a console, when we sit on the couch it is at eye level.
I don't like having to look up at the TV.

Eye level. I try to find tv consoles that are less than 28” high for this reason.

In a bedroom it’s different I want the tv high because eye level when laying down on a pillow is usually diagonally upward.
