Walking heel to toe...

Anyone's toddler still not walk heel toe all the time?

Sabrina knows how to walk heel toe and does it a lot, but also walks on her toes a lot. I feel like I am reminding her a lot and I don't know how to get her to do it naturally.

Anyone else with a three year old tiptoer?

My 3 year old toe walks and is getting physical therapy for it due tight heel cords/hamstrings. If that doesn't work, they will put casts on to stretch them more. I would see an orthopaedist and they can tell you if it's a medical issue or just habit.
