Walkers?
Would you buy one for your dc if they are 10 months old and will probably be walking within the next month or so?
Do you think " walkers" really help engage your dc to start walking on their own ?

Walkers?
No. I read the american board of pediatrics doesnt recommend them gor safety issues and for causing hip developmental issues. Look it up there were a bunch of articles on it and i read it in a few books.

I personally wouldn't. I've heard too many bad things about them, and I don't think they help walking.

get DC one of those push toys if that's what you're looking for. at least dc will be able to play with it for some time after they start walking.

I don't think that the walkers that kids sit in are helpful at all. I would get your DC one of those push toys, as another poster suggested. We got DD a stroller with a baby doll, so it's a functional toy as well as something she can walk with.

This is what we did too. Never had a walker, just push toys.
