Waking up Wet

Mason is 19 months old and the last few days he's waking up soaked. I put him in the size 5 Huggies Overnights. They've always been great. I do think he's been drinking a lot more lately closer to bed time.

He wears size 4 during the day so he's already up a size and I think 6 overnights would be huge on him.

Re: Waking up Wet

Ian wears the same size as Mason. i find that when I put on the overnight, if i don't put more diaper in the front he'll leak. I dont know if that makes sense. i put less diaper over the butt so the front comes up higher to the belly button. i had to start doing this once he started sleeping on his belly.

Thanks... I'll try anything. The diaper is about 100 pounds in the mornings b/c the kid sleeps 12 hours. Usually it's dry, but it's been the last few days. Also, he's been drinking more at night so that may be it too.

Re: Waking up Wet

We just went through the same thing here with DS. He is 14 months old and wears size 4 during the day and was wearing Huggies overnight size 5. I tried size 6 luvs at night and they didn't work. Someone on here suggested size 5 pampers baby dry and it has worked great. He only wakes up once a week wet and that is when he has water too late in the day....

Re: Waking up Wet

We always go up a size or two for nighttime - it might seem like it's too big but it isn't, as long as you can pull the tabs closed snugly!
