Wake-up time Moved from 5 to 3!!
Is this normal? I was happy that DS was waking up at 5, but now that has changed to 3!!
Will it go back? He is 2 months old

dd is doing the samething she used to get up at 5 now at 3 or 3:30.
i hope it goes back i liked my sleep till then it was nice.
she is 2 months old to
but all well

I know your DC is young but have you started any bedtime routine? If you do that at night and then if DC wakes up, do the routine again, it may help. Also make sure when DC does wake up at 3 that you don't do any playing or stimulating. Keep the lights low so that DC learns that waking up at this time is a bore and so not worth it.
