Do they run true to size? I am a 10-12....I would think a L should be OK right, or should I get an XL?

Yes, true to size.... just go by the size chart and you should be fine.

I love VS yoga pants, have a ton and wore them while preggo in a size medium, so while a large would probably fit fine I bet a medium would also since at 9 months pregnant I was way bigger than a medium
