VS PSA - Coats
You may remember I posted about some VS coats I was considering - one of them was a winter white version of a coat I already owned.
I went ahead and re-ordered the coat in winter white. It arrived last night and it was NOT the same material as my other coat. My red one is 100% wool, this one was 80% wool, 20% nylon and had a very different feel. It was much softer and IMO less structured.
I called VS today about the fabric change and was told that, even though the coats were pictured as being the same on the website, they were actually DIFFERENT ORDER NUMBERS and you can't even order my original coat on the website. Luckily for me, they had the winter white available in the original fabric (but it's on backorder).
So, the moral of the story is that if you like this coat and want the one in 100% wool, you need to call VS and ask for item # 215308.
Good thing I had the code for free returns.... 
ETA: This material change happened in under a month btw (that's when I ordered my red coat) - very strange. Image Attachment(s):

I'm glad they're going to be able to resolve the situation for you! that's so weird to begin with!
And please share the code for free returns! I have to return some stuff there.

UGH - I hate when they change the materials!!! I wonder if I can reorder the black coat I had before that they changed the material on.... Maybe I should give them a call too! Thanks for the info!
BTW, I am NOTTTT liking this new material they are using! It's so soft and unstructured!

the Item number is 204752...
204752 is the original one I ordered, so I think you're going to end up with the 80% wool version  You might want to call them to double check and then switch to item # 215308.
