Vomiting every single bottle after feeding?
We were on gentlease & then switched to similac sensitive & same thing is happening with both formulas. What could this be a sign of? It seems like he is literally throwing up his entire bottle after each feeding. I'm calling the Ped today.

We had that.
She had silent reflux.
We switched to an AR formula and it helped- but not completely.
We eventually put her on reflux meds.
Also- slow flow nipples.

Have you had the baby checked for a milk protein allergy? That's what it sounds like.

My dd did this too...she was breastfed and I tried eliminating milk and soy...doctor had us try nutramigen, which made it worse, since it did have some milk proteins still. Once we went to Neocate (amino acid formula) she was a new child. No more throwing up! She was also on Axid for silent reflux.

How about changing the nipple you're using? If it's not reflux or an allergy, the nipple flow could be too fast

Def sounds like reflux. I would contact the Ped and see what they suggest.
