vomiting blood in 1st trimester?

so I am 10 1/2 weeks and have m/s still. Well this AM I did my routine morning throw up and there was red blood in it. I thought maybe it was from my gums or nose, but I brushed after throwing up and blew my nose to check and no blood was there. I also had throw up at 3 in the morning so maybe my throat or stomach was just irritated? Has any one else had this?

I had that often - it was throat irritation. I know it's nauseating, but try drinking some warm water to soothe it. Hang in there.

That happened to me and it was because my throat and esophagus were getting irritated from all the morning sickness. I already had bad acid reflux as it was and that made it even worse. I was close to the end of the first trimester when this started happening, so my OB said to give it a week and if it didn't stop she'd put me on Zofran. Otherwise, I would have had to go back to my GI doc.

I'd let your doc know and they may put you on Zofran to stop the vomiting. Feel better

Happened to me a lot with my Pg's. From excessive throwing up.

Happened to me a lot too. Usually from my esphogus being irritated.
