Vinyl Fence- cleaning
We have a vinyl fence and power wash our side once a year. My neighbors side is very green... Do they not care? Should I clean both sides?

Why would you clean theirs? They probably don't care. If it's where you can see it on your property, offer to clean it if it looks bad? Maybe they don't have a power washer so its not as easy.
